Returns & Refunds
My Fight House wants you to train with equipment that fits. If something isn't right, here is how we handle it.
Order cancellation
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided that the order has not already been prepared, dispatched or collected. For express orders, cancellation must be requested before preparation or dispatch begins. To request cancellation, email contact@myfighthouse.com or contact us by WhatsApp on +971 56 677 0110, quoting your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched or collected, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead request a return, if eligible, under this 14-day Returns & Refunds Policy.
Return window
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
Items we cannot accept back
- Mouthguards, groin guards and any item worn in direct contact with the mouth or intimate areas, once the packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons.
- Hand wraps and socks once opened.
- Items showing signs of use, sparring, odour or wear.
- Items damaged by misuse or improper care.
How to start a return
Email contact@myfighthouse.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm it and give you the return address or arrange a pickup. Items sent back without prior confirmation cannot be processed.
You can also bring your item to our store at Azizi Riviera 13, Al Merkadh — Nad Al Sheba 1, Dubai, with your order confirmation.
Return shipping costs
If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or if we sent the wrong product, we cover the return shipping. If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, the return shipping is at your expense.
Exchanges
Glove weight and apparel size exchanges are the most common request and we are happy to handle them. The fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order, so your size is reserved straight away.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds for prepaid orders are returned to the same payment method used for the original transaction. We normally submit the refund within 5 to 10 business days after approval. The time required for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and, in exceptional cases, may take up to 45 calendar days.
Cash-on-delivery orders cancelled before dispatch do not require a refund because no payment has yet been collected.
For orders paid by cash on delivery, the refund is made by bank transfer to an account in the name of the person who placed the order.
For orders paid with Tabby, the refund is processed back through Tabby and your remaining instalments are adjusted accordingly.
Faulty or incorrect items
Please check your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with photographs so we can resolve it quickly.
Reporting within 48 hours allows us to deal with the problem quickly, but it does not limit the rights granted to you under the consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates. Those rights remain available to you regardless of this timeframe.
Warranty
All products sold are genuine Venum items supplied through official channels and covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear from training is not a manufacturing defect.
How a warranty claim works. Contact My Fight House directly — you do not need to approach the manufacturer yourself. Send us your order number, photographs of the defect and a short description of how the item was used. We assess the item, and where a manufacturing defect is involved we handle the claim with Venum on your behalf and keep you informed until it is resolved.
