Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates. The exact cost is calculated at checkout from your address and the contents of your order.

Dubai

  • Next day delivery — AED 15. Delivered the next business day.
  • Free next day delivery on orders of AED 350 and above.

Other Emirates

  • Standard delivery — AED 30. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah and Umm al-Quwain.
  • Free standard delivery on orders of AED 500 and above.

Remote and outer areas: delivery follows the courier's scheduled service days and is not guaranteed next day. We will contact you before dispatch if extra time or a remote-area surcharge applies.

Collect in store — free

Choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick your order up at Azizi Riviera 13, Al Merkadh — Nad Al Sheba 1, Dubai. We are open Monday–Sunday, 10:00 AM–10:00 PM, and orders are ready within two hours during opening hours. Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID. You can pay online in advance or in store when you collect.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available within the United Arab Emirates only and is fulfilled by our delivery partner. There is no additional cash on delivery service fee.

  • A valid mobile number is required. We confirm every cash on delivery order by WhatsApp before dispatch — if we cannot reach you, the order is not shipped.
  • Please pay the courier in cash and have the exact amount ready. The courier may not be able to provide change.
  • Not available on bulky items such as punching bags.

Tracking

You receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link when it is dispatched. If your tracking has not moved for more than two working days, contact us and we will follow it up.

Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Please check your address and mobile number carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or the recipient was unreachable, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery; a second shipping charge may apply.
