Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates. The exact cost is calculated at checkout from your address and the contents of your order. See our UAE fight gear delivery guide for coverage across all seven Emirates.

Dubai

  • 4-Hour Express — AED 45. This paid option is available when shown at checkout for your address and order time.
  • Next Day Delivery — AED 20. Next-day service applies to orders placed before 2:00 PM UAE time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM generally arrive within 1–2 business days.
  • Free Dubai Delivery on orders of AED 350 and above. Next-day service applies before 2:00 PM UAE time; orders placed later generally arrive within 1–2 business days.

Other Emirates

  • Standard Delivery — AED 30. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain.
  • Free Standard Delivery on orders of AED 500 and above.

Remote and outer areas: delivery follows the courier's scheduled service days and is not guaranteed next day. We will contact you before dispatch if extra time or a remote-area surcharge applies.

Collect in store — free

Choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick your order up at Azizi Riviera 13, Al Merkadh — Nad Al Sheba 1, Dubai. We are open Monday–Sunday, 10:00 AM–10:00 PM, and orders are normally ready within two hours during opening hours. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID; payment can be made online in advance or in store when you collect.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available within the United Arab Emirates only with no additional cash-on-delivery service fee.

  • A valid mobile number is required. We confirm every cash-on-delivery order by WhatsApp before dispatch; if we cannot reach you, the order is not shipped.
  • Please pay the courier in cash and have the exact amount ready whenever possible.
  • Cash on delivery may be unavailable for bulky items such as punching bags.

Tracking

You receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link when it is dispatched. If tracking has not moved for more than two working days, contact us and we will follow it up.

Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Please check your address and mobile number carefully. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or the recipient was unreachable, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery; a second shipping charge may apply.
