Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of myfighthouse.com and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by MY FIGHT HOUSE TRADING L.L.C S.O.C, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under commercial licence 1627452 ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you accept these terms.
Products
We are an official Venum retailer. All products sold on this site are genuine Venum items sourced through official channels. Product photographs are provided by the manufacturer; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Combat sports equipment must be chosen and used appropriately. Glove weight, protection level and sizing should match your discipline, your body and your level. If you are unsure, contact us or visit the store before ordering.
Prices, currency and tax
All prices and checkout totals displayed on myfighthouse.com are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). The displayed price and currency on the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the transaction receipt. If your card account is held in another currency, your card issuer may convert the AED transaction into your card's billing currency. The converted amount, exchange rate and any foreign transaction fee shown on your card statement are determined by your card issuer.
At the time of publication, MY FIGHT HOUSE TRADING L.L.C S.O.C is not registered for UAE VAT. We therefore do not add or collect VAT as a separately charged tax. Product prices are the final retail prices, excluding any delivery charge or other amount clearly disclosed before payment.
We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify your details, if we suspect fraud, or if a cash on delivery order cannot be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp.
Stock levels shown online reflect our store inventory and are updated continuously, but in rare cases an item may sell in store at the same moment you order it. If that happens we will contact you and refund you in full.
Payment methods
We accept online card payments through the payment methods displayed at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Mada where available. We also accept payment in four instalments with Tabby and cash on delivery within the UAE, subject to the conditions set out in our Shipping & Delivery page. Online payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not receive or store your full card details.
Payment confirmation
After a successful online payment, an order and payment confirmation is sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is normally issued immediately and, in all cases, within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Please check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct.
If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours, please contact contact@myfighthouse.com or WhatsApp +971 56 677 0110, quoting your name and order number.
Age requirement
Customers who are minors or under the age of 18 must not register as users of this website and must not transact on or use the website. Orders must be placed by a person aged 18 or over.
Sanctions compliance
We will not trade with or provide products or services to countries, persons or entities subject to sanctions administered by the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations, the United Arab Emirates or any other sanctions applicable to our business. We may refuse or cancel an order where required for sanctions or legal compliance.
Transaction records and account security
The cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction records and the policies and rules published on myfighthouse.com.
Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity carried out through their account. Please notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Intellectual property
The Venum name, logo and product designs are the property of their respective owners. The content of this site, including its text, layout and photography, may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Liability
Combat sports carry an inherent risk of injury. Our products are protective equipment, not a guarantee against injury. We are not liable for injuries sustained during training or competition, nor for any damage resulting from the misuse of a product or from use that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for defective products, for negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
